I was respectfully and carefully listened to, a relevant history was taken, tests carried out. A fast diagnosis was confirmed and appropriate medication prescribed with good effect.
All other practitioners and myself received detailed, helpful written information and guidance.
Dr.Fox created a relaxed atmosphere and I feel very confident with the care given by him.

From being diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation & Flutter the medical treatment, advice and continuous support I received from Dr Fox was exceptional.
Dr Fox undertook an ablation operation which has successfully eliminated my AF/Flutter and breathlessness.
A key aspect of the support I received was to continuously review my medication to manage my high blood pressure. This is now under control and Dr Fox has given me the knowledge to effectively self manage some of the risks / signs going forward.
I recognise the quality of my life going forward has improved and the risks have been reduced and so I can not speak highly enough about Dr Fox and exceptional medical treatment I received.

I’ve received excellent care from Dr Fox, the cardioversion treatment he provided successfully treating my atrial fibrillation condition. Dr Fox communicated clearly throughout so that I understood the benefits and any risks. I was particularly grateful to receive both advice on lifestyle and medicines which is important in preventing the recurrence of this type of condition. Dr David Fox is a highly experienced cardiologist/electrophysiologist in Manchester and has been a consultant for over 10 years.
He spent a period of his training at one of the worlds premier heart rhythm institutes (University of Western Ontario, Canada) working with pioneering cardiologist Professor George J Klein, the author of over 500 medical publications.
Dr Fox specialises in the treatment of all heart rhythm disorders and carries out over 220 ablation procedures annually and has a particular interest in atrial fibrillation ablation (pulmonary vein isolation). He also is fully trained in all aspects of pacemaker/ICD implantation.
He is the lead for cardiac rhythm services at Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester and runs the annual audit program to ensure high levels of safety in and quality of the atrial fibrillation ablation program.
